      Q: How Much Does It Cost???
      A: It is 100% FREE to send SMS using Free Credits, but these are a limited resource and will be updated every day. To send SMS using your Personal Credits, generally it costs 1 Credit per SMS. However there are some countries that required 2 or more Credits


      Q: How do I send a SMS / Text?
      A: It is simple. Just login using your Username and Password; and follow the 3 simple steps. 1: Compose your SMS / Text, 2: Select the Receivers, 3: Click send. If you have Personal Credits a Credit will be deduced Per SMS, if you do not have Personal Credits, Don’t Worry, the system will automatically use a Free Credit, if available, to send your SMS / Text.


      Q: How Do I Add a Contact?
      A: It is simple, just click the Add Contact Button above the Contact List or click Edit Contacts to add 1 to many contacts.


      Q: How Do I Add a Group?
      A: Once again it is simple, just click the Edit Groups Link, and add/edit/delete as many groups as you need. I.e. FaceBook, Work, Friends etc. Please note you cannot add/edit/delete the General Group.

      Q: How Do I Check My Personal Credits?
      A: Above the SMS Box, you will see a Label “Credits”. This shows your current Personal Credit value.


      Q: How Do I Purchase Personal Credits?
      A: Click the Buy Credit Button. You can purchase credits using your Credit Card or Paypal.


      Q: How Do I Send a Free SMS / Text?
      A: Simply create your SMS, select your Receivers from the Contact List, and then click send. Our System will check if you have Personal Credits, if not, the system will assign a Free Credit, if available, to your account to allow the your SMS to be send.


      Q: How Do I Check If a SMS was send?
      A: Click The Reports Button. This page will display the Status of all your SMS, “Send”, “Delivered”, “Fail” etc


      Q: Can the Receiver of my SassyToll SMS reply the message?
      A: Yes! The Receiver can reply your message in the normal way. The message will then be send direct to your Phone, at no cost to you!!. Also your number will appear on the SMS!


      Q: Can someone else use my number to send SMS?
      A: No. When you sign up a Confirmation Code unique to your phone number is SMS / Text to you. You need to enter this code to activate your account. Therefore only the holder of the Number can activate the account.

      Q: Can I send SMS to anywhere in the world?
      A: Yes! You can send an SMS to anywhere in the world to any network.


      Q: How safe is my data?
      A: You data is stored in Microsoft® SQL Azure™. This has the latest security technology to protect your data. SassyToll will not share, sell or distribute your data in any way with other companies. Please see out Privacy Statement for more information.


      Q: How long does it take for a SMS to be Delivered?
      A: 90% of time it takes less than 10 seconds


      Q: What Happens If A SMS Fails?
      A:Is a SMS fails due to a System Error, or Network Failure then your Personal Credits will be credited by 1 credit.


      Q: Do I get charged if I send an SMS to Non Existence Number?
      A: It depends on the Network Provider that is carrying your SMS. In most cases you will be charged for sending SMS to numbers that do not exist.


      Q: How can I stop an SMS from been Send?
      A: Once you click the Send Button, the message will be send, there is no way of stopping it.

      Q: How Do I Confirm My Account After I Have Closed The Confirm Page?
      A: Simply login into your Account and the Confirmation Page will display requesting you to enter your Confirmation Code. Click the confirmation link in your email, Or Click Here.


      Q: What Happens If I Entered The Incorrect Number?
      A: Sassytoll server will scan all incorrect phone phone numbers and try to discover the correct number. Once it finds the correct number your details will be updated and a Confirmation Code send to you. You will need to login to gain access to the confirmation page again.


      Q: How Do Block Someone from Sending me messages from SassyToll?
      A: Follow this link and enter the required information. SassyToll will block this person(s) from sending you anymore messages.


      Q: How Do I report bad messages?
      A: Just contact support or follow this link. Make sure to tell us why these messages are bad, i.e. abusive, hate etc. We will review the sender account and delete/fine the sender should your claim be correct.


      Q: I have send the message to the wrong Person what can I do?
      A: Once you click the send button, the message will be send. It cannot be stopped. Our Advice is simply to send a "Sorry" message to the person.


      Q: Why Does Some SMS over 480 Char. in Length Fail?
      A: It to do with the carrier sending your SMS. Some carriers accept up to 1000 char, O2 EU, Vodafone EU, other Carriers only accept 3 SMS total (480). It depends on the Carrier your are sending your message to.

      Q: I have purchase Credit but it has not appearred on my account?
      A: Contact Support immediately with the Transaction number send to you in your email, or displayed on your screen. Support will update your account. Please note E-Check, Bank Transfer and Debit Cards (Not Credit Cards) will take 3 – 5 days to update your account.


      Q: I do not have a Credit Card To Pay?
      A: You can pay using PayPal, E-Check, Bank Transfer or by using your Phone Bill. These options are only available in selected countries, you will be given the options that suit your country when you click Buy Now, Sign Up Now etc.


      Q: How can I send MMS (Picture Messages)?
      A: This product is currently under development, and is due to be release over the coming months...
